I was responsible for establishing Commit's brand identity and designing its web interface. Veronica envisioned a warm and inviting brand, leading to the selection of a red color palette with a subtle pink hue and the use of curved, approachable fonts to reflect the brand's friendly nature.

After several iterations, the final logo design strikes a balance between curved shapes and bold sans-serif lettering, blending the brand's warmth with the solidity of a strong relationship. Initially, the heart over the "I" felt overly kitsch. However, by shortening the "I" and extending the "T" to subtly resemble an arm draped over a shoulder, the design evolved into a more understated and meaningful representation. This motif of connection is echoed in the accompanying illustrations.

The illustrations accompany the brand with their use of bold colors and curved lines. The uneven, sketched coloring style introduces a human and personable touch, aligning with the brand's approachable and authentic identity.
